02 / Pre-Construction

We ensure the architect, engineer, and general contractor are all on the same page. We discuss every little detail to a T.

03 / The Build

All subcontractors are briefed on the plans for the new construction. We coordinate each subcontracting crew efficiently and thoroughly throughout the process. We ensure that the build design is being reflected according to the architectural plans. Permitting and inspections take place during this stage. You will be recieving updates as often as requested.

04 / Project Completion

From concept to creation, we honored our truth. Your custom home was crafted with intention from the beginning to the very end. At this stage of the build we go over small, yet, necessary refinements. We walk the property with you to ensure you are absolutely pleased with our work.
